Joining my events newsletter is the best way to keep up to date about upcoming cooking workshops and events in Nelson and around Aotearoa New Zealand.

I run workshops on sourdough bread making, preserving, and fermenting, among other culinary subjects. Classes are held in Nelson every term and in the larger centres – Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch – once a year. I also visit other areas when the opportunity arises.
